What? Recently? Hello!! I guess I must be a little out of touch too. The mailman had to knock on my door the other day to tell me that I didn’t have enough postage on it. I’d missed that one too.

Just heard on the way home today. They said that the first to break with it was a newspaper in Texas. Then people started talking. Nothing like the media finding out about the story first!

It was a hunting accident. Happens all the time.

I don’t know what else you don’t know or I’d fill you in. Personally, I think you currently know more than I do, Kelsey – at least you knew the names of the Olympics reporters. And what a Seinfeld is.

And the big “news” on the VP is why in the heck the media wasn’t notified about the accident sooner. What? Is there a federal mandate on this kind of thing? Please, let me notify the press about all of MY accidents. Sheesh.

But, after reading your post I went over to Foxnews.com and Cnn.com to see what I’ve been missing. Know what? Ignorance is bliss. I think I’m happier staying away from the news for a little while.

hmmm…the media making a fuss about something. That’s a shock. The whole reason that I hate to watch the news. I’d rather not know some things. Some stuff just isn’t our business. And as was said above, I sure wouldn’t want every horrible accident of my life spread all over TV!

I agree… I would hate my accidents all over the papers! Geesh, they would run out of ink if they got ahold of all the stupid stuff I do!!
My hubby said something about a cruise ship sinking killing 1400… I looked it up and sure enough a Egyptian Cruise Ship sunk. Man— It breaks my heart.
