If Mike Were Home…

Heart

Mike and the two older kids are gone on a trip. If he were here though,

1) i wouldn’t be blogging at 1:30 in the morning

2) there would be a better chance of good leftovers in the fridge right now. (Meaning, I haven’t been cooking, since Caden-2yr isn’t so hot on food right now, and for me…? Oh please.)

3) there would be another adult on hand to battle the Onslaught of the Poo, or, the Virus That Has Yet To Be Conquered. (Poor Caden-2yr!)

4) I might confess that I shmushed the top of the car with the garage door the other day. (But it just made a really loud noise and then went riiiight back up. It’s not like it kept coming down and sliced the car in half or anything.)

5) I probably wouldn’t have schlepped around the house looking quite like I did the last two days.

6) yeah, ok, so I would’ve.Heart_3

7) There would be more dirty laundry around and a far better m&m supply. Because he makes sure that I never run out of either of those.

So you’re like an automated laundry attendant, then…..Only instead of coins, you run on M&M’s?!

Hmmmmmm….I see some possibilities here……Will do housework for chocolate…LOL. :)

Awww….I can tell you miss him. It’s so sweet he keeps you fixed with M&M’s. So, how much garage door damage is there?

It’s hard when Hubby’s gone, huh? It always makes me realize just how much I need him around!! We truly are a team : )

I am sorry that little Caden is still sick with the virus.
I am glad though that your car is not damaged.
Have a great Monday.

Sounds like your missing the hubby! sorry that Caden is still sick.

I ran my car into the CLOSED garage once. It ripped the whole door off. Not good, not good! ;D

Well we can be hubbyless together…. mine’s gone too and I spent my evening last night, freaking out after the kids went to bed. I hate being alone at night! shades down! Internet ON! But thankfully I haven’t put anymore dents in my car while he’s gone. I like that M&M thing! Mine always wants to bring me treats like that too, but I’m not as fun as you are! I can’t hold my chocolate like you do….:) Hope the little guy gets well soon. No fun!

I really don’t like it when my Mr. Right is gone, which isn’t too often. But I love the moment he comes back. I know that I’ll be able to kiss him again and everything will seem sweeter again. And I’ll be able to sleep again.

Sorry to hear that Caden is ill, but think of the snuggle times you might get from it…

I just hate it when Wick is gone at night. I can’t sleep. Not that I reallly feel afraid, just feel as if something is not right–and if he is gone, it’s just not right ;)

Honestly, there are good and bad things about the hubby being away. I’ve been through it enough, that’s for sure.

Thank goodness the car popped back up! ;)

Amanda had a great idea of some of us doing the Bible Study of John together online. Just reading through John and posting to hold each other accountable. Make sure and visit her site, she’s in charge. So be sure to let her know if you want to jump in on this opportunity.

You can get more info from my website. Including the link to Amanda’s site.

Sorry for Caden, and sorry for HolyMama… I’d be missing the M&M’s too. Poor thing.

oooooooo, number 4 sounds very bad! I did that one day to the bumper of the car, thinking it would sense and stop, like it usually does, but the side of the garage door smushed against the back of the van….whoops.

I have to get my own M&M’s, then hide them. It’s so fun to try to find them again….lol

Hope your little Cadyn gets well soon. Is he on the BRAT diet? iiiiiiiish

Hummmmmmmmmm? Sounds a lot like me. Others are amazed that “in real life” I don’t have many friends, but on-line I don’t feel like I have to be anybody but me :)

I have been out of the blogging world for a bit because life just gets too busy sometimes, but I am glad I stopped by, you totally crack me up!
