I use Barilla No-Cook Lasagna noodles... My entire lasagna world breathed a sigh of relief when I discovered those babies. Plus, they're Barilla so they're automatically delicious!

Mmmm, lasagna... If you really like your current recipe, you might also try parchment paper. It's a lot like wax paper, but not so... waxy. I use it to bake sugar cookies on, and they come out supah-soft and fabulous. Best of all, the cookie sheet stays clean. And I'm basically really lazy about cleaning cookie sheets, so that's the selling point for me.

Mmmm. You're making me hungry and it's only 5:20 am.

Good idea, distracting yourself. I should have done that yesterday. The picking paper off noodles wouldn't have worked for me though. I would just have kept thinking about it while picking paper and then as I got more and more ticked I would have ended up tearing the noodles apart. Come to think of it, that might have been kind of therapeutic. :)

You need the lasagna recipe that doesn't require you to cook the noodles beforehand. It is a thing of beauty. I haven't boiled lasagna noodles in years.

Here's one example: http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1835,153165-224196,00.html
